ONLINE GIFT CARD POLICIES

Gift cards purchased online require a processing period of seven days from the date of purchase before they can be used at the salon. This delay is necessary as our sales platform needs time to fully process and settle the payment. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please note that this policy does not apply to gift cards purchased in-store

If you're running late by 10 minutes or more for your appointment, please reach out to the salon at 713.865.4000 so we can do our best to accommodate you and hold your spot. Should you exceed the 10-minute grace period without notifying us, we'll strive to fit you in based on current availability, treating your reservation as a walk-in. Upon accumulating more than 3 consecutive no-shows, a nonrefundable and nontransferable deposit of $50 will be required for future bookings. This deposit will be credited towards your service. To retain your deposit, kindly cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice; otherwise, it will be forfeited. Should you miss another appointment or exceed the 10-minute grace period without prior notice, the $50 deposit will become nonrefundable and nontransferable. A new $50 deposit will be necessary to secure your next appointment. Walk-ins are welcome on a first-come, first-served basis

For group reservations involving 4 or more guests, please reach out to the salon directly. Online booking is unavailable for large parties.

GROUP RESERVATIONS

Regulations for refunding/ transferring deposit:

● Appointment cancellation or rescheduling must occur at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time for all deposit refunds.

● If the entire deposit is not utilized during the appointment, the remaining amount will be retained on the client's profile for future services.

● Clients may use the deposit to cover expenses for other members of their party during the appointment.

● If an emergency arises and the reservation needs to be canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment, please provide appropriate legal documentation for the deposit to be transferred.

For missed appointments, a doctor's note on official letterhead, including the doctor's signature, your name, and the date of the missed appointment, is required. In the case of car accidents, please provide a police report with your name and the date of the missed appointment.

ACCEPTABLE PROOF

Deposit is NON-refundable and NON-transferrable when:

The appointment was either rescheduled after the 24-hour period or missed altogether. If 50% of the party arrives late by more than 15 minutes of their scheduled appointment time. If 50% of the party fails to attend their reservation on the designated day and time, please notify us 24 hours prior to the reservation if any members of your party will be unable to make it

Please feel free to reach out to us if you require a nail fix or encounter any issues with your service. We offer a flexible 5-day guarantee on nail fixes, covering gel or polish chipping, breakage resulting from thin initial nail enhancements done at our salon, or any application-related concerns during the appointment or service. However, please note that this guarantee does not extend to nail issues caused by excessive force such as nails cracking and bleeding due to blunt force, or self-inflicted damage such as biting or filing nails at home. If you're unable to visit us within the 5-day period for a nail fix, please contact us as soon as you notice any issues so that we can accommodate your next visit. Any issues reported beyond the 5-day period may incur charges. We're here to assist you with any concerns regarding your services, so please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.
